Sand - Thinsulate™ Flight Cap

We really like this very simple but voluminous flight cap that contains 120g of Thinsulate™, a synthetic insulating cotton material that is light but warm and great for winters in Taiwan. During cold fronts, we just put down the ear flaps on both sides to keep ourselves warm. 

Abrasion-resistant nylon fabric

Lightweight nylon textiles developed independently at a Taiwan textile factory which has great durability, anti-pilling properties, and colorfastness, even under the sun, making it perfect for daily life in the city.

Customized dry texture

The textile is created from a unique wet process, allowing the fabric to wrinkle naturally after dyeing to create minor wrinkles on the surface and offer texture in a full ensemble.

DuPont TEFLON coating for water repellency and stain resistance

From the inside, it surrounds Thinsulate™ to improve temp-control capability from moisture, but secure ventilation capability.
